1. What Waysfare is

Waysfare is a travel research tool. It helps you discover and compare complete vacation packages (flights + accommodation + length of stay) ranked by value. Waysfare is not a travel agent and does not sell flights or accommodation. All bookings are made directly with third-party providers on their own websites and under their own terms.

2. Prices and availability

Prices and availability shown in Waysfare are indicative estimates drawn from third-party data and may be out of date or incorrect. We re-validate the price before handing you off to a provider, but the binding price, fees, and availability are those shown by the provider at the moment you book. Waysfare is not responsible for differences between an estimate and a provider’s final price.

3. No warranty

Waysfare is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results are complete, that the best possible deal is shown, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waysfare is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or from any booking you make with a third-party provider, including changes in price, cancellations, or the provider’s conduct. Your contract for any trip is with the provider, not with Waysfare.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service, and not to use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Affiliate relationships

Waysfare earns affiliate commissions on some bookings. See our affiliate disclosure for details. Commissions never affect how results are ranked.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Waysfare after a change means you accept the updated terms.
